iFX Expo response to Impact CRM ‘beyond expectations’

Sales director Anthony Papaevagorou feels iFX Expo response to Impact CRM proves ImpacTech deliver solutions that meet demands of today’s businesses

We felt iFX Expo was the perfect platform to launch our data-driven ImpactCRM because of its finance sector suitability. The response to ImpactCRM with its leading-edge use of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data has been overwhelmingly positive. It endorses our significant R&D efforts and reflects our ability to anticipate and meet today’s widening business needs.

We gave ourselves significant exposure at the world’s biggest financial B2B expo as gold sponsors and official night party sponsors. However, unlike other major exhibitors at this year’s Limassol event, we presented an end-to-end suite of fully integrated business solutions. Our White Label brokerage solution is complemented perfectly by ImpactCRM as well as our lead generating marketing tools and business-optimised VoIP solution.

170 exhibitors competed for the attention of an estimated 4000 attendees during the expo. Some gave a workshop and we are happy to report that sales director Anthony Papaevagorou drew a sizeable audience for his presentation about the influence of AI and Big Data on the competitiveness of today’s businesses.

“Judging by the follow up reaction to the workshop, it’s safe to say people found it informative and instructive. Several attendees told me that it has helped them to plan their company’s immediate road map,” said Mr Papaevagorou.

BANKING AND GAMING INTEREST IN IMPACT CRM

Mr Nissim Agami was particularly happy about meeting us. He won a Bitcoin in Thursday’s main prize draw and followed the winner of a VIP table for four at the night party.

In addition to attracting many brokerages, our solutions have also drawn significant interest from banks and gaming companies. It is testament to the flexibility and adaptability of ImpactCRM and our range of Business Intelligence solutions.

In response to the interest expressed, we have embarked on a significant recruitment drive. We are strengthening every division within the company. Full-stack developers, designers, Back-end engineers and mobile engineers have been added to the R&D team to maintain our objective of continuous development and innovation.

We would like to thank everyone who visited our booth and for all the valuable feedback we have received. The comments about ease-of-use are particularly welcome as this is a major objective for every solution we produce.
